Cedar Smudge Bundle

Cedar lovingingly harvested locally with deep gratitude and respect and as always with a Semah offering back to Mother Earth.  Cedar is considered a powerful medicine of protection.  It is used to create a defensive barrier against negative energies in both physical and spiritual spaces. Burning cedar is believed to have a calming effect on the nervous system, helping to center one's energy and reduce anxiety.  It's smoke helps carry prayers to Creator and connect us with our ancestors. (9-10 inches)

Ethically and sustainably sourced to ensure culturally traditional protocol and respect for the sacred medicines and Mother Earth.
